Kyle Fitts, Owner
Kyle Fitts, the owner of Heritage Roofing & Exteriors, is a certified Class B General Contractor with over 15 years of experience in the roofing and exterior restoration industry. His drive to exceed industry standards and his ultimate goal of taking over his family farm are testaments to his dedication and passion. Prior to his construction career, Kyle served in the United States Air Force, which instilled in him a strong work ethic and values of integrity and honesty. Roofing and farming are his passions, and he has created a company and work environment based on his personal values of helping others. His family is the most important thing to him and is what drives his success, pushing him to set the bar high in all his endeavors. Originally from Conway Springs, Kansas, Kyle now resides in Wichita with his wife and two children.
Jessica Fitts, Financial Manager
Jessica is the Financial Manager for Heritage Roofing & Exteriors, bringing over 10 years of financial expertise in business accounting to the company. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Wichita State University, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Her dedication and support to her family are evident as she balances managing all the finances for the company with being a mother and homeschooling her children. Jessica's commitment to both her professional and personal responsibilities showcases her exceptional organizational skills and unwavering dedication. Originally from Clearwater, Kansas, Jessica currently resides in West Wichita with her husband and two children.
Katie Boston, General Manager
Katie is the General Manager at Heritage Roofing & Exteriors and a Combat Veteran of the United States Air Force with 20 years of experience in operations, systems, management, and training. She is a coffee connoisseur, loves to cook and bake, and enjoys spending quality time with her son. An avid football fan, Katie passionately supports the Green Bay Packers. Her dedication to doing what's right and helping others succeed drives her work ethic. Resiliency is her number one core value, reflected in both her personal and professional life. This resilience fuels her unwavering drive to grow the company and ensure its success. Originally from Wisconsin, Katie now lives in Wichita, Kansas, with her son.

AJ Bohne, Sales Manager
AJ Bohne is the Sales Manager at Heritage Roofing & Exteriors, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry to the team. He takes pride in helping homeowners make the right decisions for their homes and believes every customer should be treated with the same honesty, respect, and care he would expect for his own family. His straightforward approach to sales is centered on understanding what customers truly need and ensuring they receive a quality product they can depend on for years to come. AJ’s strong work ethic, commitment to customer service, and passion for doing things the right way make him a trusted leader within the Heritage team. Family is at the center of everything AJ does and serves as the motivation behind his dedication to his work and serving others. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on his beloved Boston Red Sox. AJ lives in Derby, Kansas, with his wife and three daughters.
Adriana Escobedo, Administrative Assistant
Adriana Escobedo is the Administrative Assistant at Heritage Roofing & Exteriors and serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, translation, and office coordination, Adriana is passionate about ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with Heritage. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings a versatile background in landscaping, construction, and roofing operations, allowing her to provide knowledgeable and attentive service to both customers and the Heritage team. Her commitment to integrity, service, and creating a five-star customer experience makes her a valuable part of the company. Outside of work, Adriana enjoys trying new culinary experiences, traveling with her family, and spending quality time with her fiancé, daughter, and their teacup poodle. Adriana currently resides in Andover, Kansas.
Daniel Perales, Production Manager
Daniel Perales is a Production Manager at Heritage Roofing & Exteriors, where he plays an important role in overseeing roofing and exterior projects and ensuring each job meets the company’s standards for quality and craftsmanship. An Army veteran, Daniel brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to teamwork to his role. His hands-on approach and dedication to getting the job done right make him a valuable part of the Heritage production team. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys rugby and football, but spending time with his family is most important to him. He values quality time with his wife and two daughters and takes pride in being a dedicated husband and father. Daniel’s commitment to his family, his team, and doing quality work reflects the values he brings to Heritage Roofing & Exteriors every day.
