This module provides a foundational understanding of residential roofing systems, roofing materials, storm damage identification, ventilation, safety procedures, and the overall Heritage Roofing process. Participants will learn how roofing systems function, become familiar with key roofing components and terminology, understand common storm-related damage, and gain insight into proper installation practices. Through video instruction and hands-on field training, team members will develop the knowledge needed to communicate professionally, perform inspections accurately, prioritize safety, and better understand how projects move from initial inspection through final completion.
